Designation - Associate Director HRBP
Qualification - Preferably Master degree in HR
Competencies Required:
1. Build and strengthen the culture of the organization
2. Taking initiatives for ensuring equality in the work environment.
3. Assuming responsibility for employee/labor relations with the management
4. Collaborating with the VPs of Business Units for crafting their business centric strategy
5. Analyzing the success of HR operations, SLAs and ISO
6. Hiring, guiding and evaluating the performance of the HR Teams
7.Reporting performance to the HR VP and Founder by using KPIs and HR business metrics
8. Ensuring all procedures are in compliance with legal regulations
9. Re-engineering processes for ensuring maximum efficiency.
Job Brief :
1. Ideal candidate should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.Identified candidate will communicate with the Leadership team to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and company's culture. Candidate should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organisational changes.
2. Candidates should be flexible to work in the night shift (Regular work timing be 2pm to 11pm, as and when required should be able to work from 6pm to 3am shift too)- Prefer to go for a diversity candidate. (i need at least one woman HRBP in Bangalore)- Need only from IT services background with leading a team experience.
Responsibilities :
- Drive adherence to HR process , metrics and plan.Implement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain critical HR processesOwn & drive the performance process for the team, in partnership with the business.
- Act as key advisor to Business managers & handle their queries and grievances, if any.
- Facilitate development of work culture and climate to meet business and employee needs.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Drive employee engagement agenda for the organisation.Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics pertaining to workforceResolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
