We are looking for an experienced individual with commercial and technical knowledge in automotive electronics to lead our Sales & Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities:
As the VP of Sales & Customer Success teams, you will be responsible for driving the P&L of customer-oriented programs taken up at ION Energy. Customer Satisfaction and Commercial Success of the projects will be your key responsibilities. On a day to day level, you would be doing the following:
- Monitor progress of all important commercial projects
- Mentor Business Development Leads, Key Account Managers, to enable them to win new customers and identify opportunities with existing customers.
- Mentor Program Managers and Customer Success Engineers to enable them to manage individual programs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Build relationships with key personnel of existing and potential customers
- Set up processes internally to ensure perfect co-ordinations between the Engineering, Ops, Quality, Sales, and Customer Success Teams
Requirements:
- Experience managing P&L of large projects in the automotive space
- Program Management experience in automotive and Tier 1 companies
- Good technical understanding of embedded systems
- Proven Leadership experience
- Amazing written and oral communications skills
- Great interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Experience in Business Development
- Good network in the Indian and Global automotive space
