Our Battery Management System (BMS) products have all the right ingredients to succeed - they- re high quality, cheaper than competitors and there's good demand. The question now is if we can cater to that demand in a timely and cost-effective manner. We- re looking for an Operations Manager who can take this product to Battery Manufacturers across the world. As an ideal candidate you will recognize inefficiencies from a mile away and fix them with lightning speed. The role is critical to the success of the company, and we are looking for people like you who bring experience and expertise to the table right from day one.

What you will do:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for end to end globe operations for the BMS business unit. The primary objective of the role is to ensure high cost and time efficiencies while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities for the role can be divided into two main parts - Front-end Operations (Customer Happiness) and Backend Operations (Inventory Management, Supply Chain and Logistics).

Front-end Operations

- Minimise Lead Time for Products

- Ensure quality of products and packages shipped

- Keep customer in loop throughout the shipping process

- Set up processes for Customer Onboarding and Customer Support

- Work with Engineering Team to ensure customer queries are resolved in the least possible time

- Backend Operations

- Work with Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) Companies

- Negotiate cost and lead times with EMS and component suppliers

- Quality Control of Incoming Inventory

- Inventory Tracking and Forecasting. Maintaining the right amount of inventory at all times

- Warehousing in India, Europe and the USA

- Establishing Relationships with National and International Logistics Partners

- Negotiate Costs with Logistics Partners

- Supporting Engineering team with Rapid Prototyping and new Product Development

This is you:

- B.E and/or Masters in Engineering (Electronics preferred)

- Knowledge of Automotive Electronics, Lithium-Ion Batteries, Battery Management Systems (Preferred)

- Experience with Global Logistics and Shipping and Warehousing in India and internationally

- Experience in working with Customer Support and Sales Teams

- Experience in working with Contract Manufacturers
