Job Purpose:
Responsible for HR plans and strategies in ways that support the company's mission and overall strategy. The goal is to ensure the long-term success of the organization as a whole.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Collaborate with the management to craft the HR strategies leading to accomplish the company's vision and mission.
2. Ensuring the best possible outcome of the end to end HR activities starting from recruitment to employee retention and efficiency management.
3. Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
4. Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
5. Keep track of recruiting metrics.
6. Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
7. Initiate the OD programme keeping in view the cultural growth of the company
8. Systemizing all the operational process with proper workflows and SOPs
9. Responsible for investigating, monitoring, and resolving complex employee situations from origin to conclusion while minimizing organizational risk
10. Effectively structure compensatory benefits programs to attract and retain top talent including ESOPs and other variable pay components.
11. Work with technical team to design, integrate and implement human resource software systems for better efficiency
12. Implementing L&D and PMS for the regular growth and monitoring of the teamSet up the risk analysis and risk mitigation structure for smooth operations and continuous growth
13. Designing Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies to make the organization Great place to work.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
1. 6-8 years of experience in HR (preferably with Ecommerce)
2. Experience with recruitment and OD.
3. MBA in HR/IR (preferred).
