A leading online pharmacy is looking for an amazing AVP-Human Resources


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Collaborate with the management to craft the HR strategies leading to accomplish the company's vision and mission.

2. Ensuring the best possible outcome of the end to end HR activities starting from recruitment to employee retention and efficiency management

3. Initiate the OD programme keeping in view the cultural growth of the company

4. Systemizing all the operational process with proper workflows and SOPs

5. Responsible for investigating, monitoring, and resolving complex employee situations from origin to conclusion while minimizing organizational risk

5. Effectively structure compensatory benefits programs to attract and retain top talent

6. Work with technical team to design, integrate and implement human resource software systems for better efficiency

7 Implementing L&D and PMS for the regular growth and monitoring of the teamSet up the risk analysis and risk mitigation structure for smooth operations and continuous growth

8. Designing Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies to make the organization-- Great place to work

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Excellent people management and human skills with an entrepreneurial mindset

2.Creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict, resolution skills

3.Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical initiatives

4.Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise

5.Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.

6.Experience with bulk hiring, leadership hiring and OD.

EDUCATION:

MBA in HR/IR mandatory
