SUMMERY: Sabse Sasta Dukaan, a leading e-pharmacy of India dealing in medicines, OTCs, and other healthcare products. We have footprints in 4 major states of the Eastern region of India serving 15000+ customers. We are seeking an Assistant Manager Catalogue in the Category Management Department of Sabse Sasta Dukaan to devise, implement and maintain the management systems for the catalogue, and help in promoting and publicizing the catalogue. JOB RESPONSIBILITY: 1. Responsible for catalogue creation by accurately classifying and correcting data of SKUs. 2. Creatively and Strategically catalog products by industry standards and by collecting data from vendor catalog, vendor websites, competitor websites &amp; retail partner websites and update our catalog. 3. Coordinating with Vendors to ensure that their products are accurately reflected in our catalog 4. Product listing &amp; uploading, affiliate orders, MIS report, Inventory report, Coordination with customers 5. Do the quality check for the catalogue images as per Image guidelines, to review product catalogues based on category guidelines and ensure that delivered data is accurate and complete with a positive impact on customer experience. 6. Set processes for maintaining data quality 7. Expertise in merging duplicate Items, New item creation, Image uploading, Title Corrections and MRP Update 8. Prioritizing, scheduling and assigning of catalog requests among teams to ensure quality output and meet productivity goals 9. Work proactively with Warehouse and Central Procurement teams for Catalog management REQUIREMENTS: 1. Should have pharma qualification 2. Ability to understand sales data and push inputs for Catalog changes 3. Good cataloguing knowledge and internet research skills to source information 4. Should have min 3+ yrs exp in medicine and OTCs Catalogue Management, Procurement, Merchandising 5. Capable of building partnerships, managing stakeholders, and working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to drive projects to completion and meet shared objectives 6. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential 7. Must have Good Communication Skills to handle Vendors and mails related to Queries. 8. Self-reliant, good problem solver, results-oriented 9. Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader 10. Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills. 11. Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines. 12.
