INVOYZ - Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product delivery. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver "winning" products. It also includes working with sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.

Job Content:

1. Managing the Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, beyond the industry trends

2. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research using multiple channels supported by on-going calls and visits to customers and prospects

3. Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the "Product Feature Roadmap" which defines product enhancements for short- and long-term releases.

4. Deliver 'Business Requirement Document' with a prioritized "Backlog"

5. Coordinate with development for proto-type development

6. Work with external third parties to assess partnerships & alliances

7. Be an expert with respect to the competition and regulatory landscapes - Domestic & International

8. Develop the release notes, core positioning and messaging for the product

9. Develop and when necessary, deliver concise and meaningful presentations for internal and external audiences, including education and training of sales staff, training of support groups, train the trainer programs, and presentations at symposia, trade shows, and key customer accounts

10. Work with Training team to develop product training plan internally and externally

11. Any other role, as the organization might need of your skills

Mandatory Skills:

- Good understanding of Indian ERP software or Payment industry

- Experience in devising product roadmaps for software solutions

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Understanding of technical aspects of (any) ERP or Data Analytics Platform
