Key Responsibilities :
- Identifying and Establishing Relationship with Corporates for B2B Debt Collection / Debt Purchase Business.
- Planning and setting up the sales and marketing processes for the B2B segment of our business.
- Responsible for the pre launch and post launch strategy to sell our B2B business
- Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to create an enriching experience for our B2B customers
- Responsible for the overall sales activity, generation of leads through various channels and revenue generation for B2B segment of our business. Ensure the development of all strategic product roadmaps and corresponding marketing plans, productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization
- 7+ Years of experience in leading and managing a Sales & Marketing Team
- Personable and be able to develop and grow the business through building trust and relationships in the industry, identifying opportunities, and completing business deals.
- High Energy, Aggressive and Street smart individual with strong leadership skills
