Investors Relations Role - BFS (3-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Be point of contact for the closure of investor and distributor queries across Onshore & Offshore Funds
- Understand investor requirements and provide appropriate information to meet their requirements
- Strict adherence to TAT's for closure of queries, data requirements, complaints etc
- Maintaining MIS (daily, weekly, etc)
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders (operations, marketing, compliance, investments team, senior management etc.) and external stake holders (fund administrators, service providers, vendors etc.)
- Ensuring timely submission and reporting requirements for Funds
Requirement
- Experience ranging between 2 +
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Fund structures & AIF's
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written
- Functional capabilities like coordination, team player
- Proficient in MS Office
