Investor Relations - Venture Capital - FinTech Startup

KRAs:

- Growth Analytics using Financial Indicators

- Create and drive multiple business metrics across different stakeholders on an agreed frequency

- Monthly tracking of actuals with Budgets and reporting of the same.

- Variance Analysis of business-related numbers on a monthly/quarterly basis.

- Adhoc reporting as per management's need.

- Analysis of business performance numbers each month

- Coordinating with the central team to provide inputs for the purpose of Business Decisions

- Closely liaison with Business Units to identify business issues arising out of Financial analysis

- Managing open items with Management and to ensure time to time escalation

- Ensuring audit issues for the business line are resolved in a timely manner

- System control and process improvements relating to various interrelated processes.

Skills:

- Strong Analytical and computation skills

- Proficient in MS Office

- The ability to be proactive, identify issues and take early responsibility

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- High attention to detail

- Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills

Academic Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience

- Premier MBA (Finance) or CA

Preferred Experience:

- Preferably from a Start-Up OR Financial Services Company
