Investor Relations: VC/PE Funds and Family Offices Client Brief : This position is based out of Bangalore for a mid-market investment bank with a pan-India presence. - We are seeking an experienced professional based out of Bangalore focused on Fund Raising and Investor Relations with VC/PE funds and family offices, who is looking forward to a challenging role in the rapidly scaling investment banking team of our client. - An ideal candidate would have held a mid-senior position in equity capital-raising from venture capital funds or investor relations profile and should have existing relationships with VC/PE funds and/or family offices. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong orientation towards building relationships with VC/PE funds and an ability to perform in a fast-paced environment are pre-requisites. A meaningful experience of working with a funded startup would be an added advantage. Roles and Responsibilities : - Build and nurture relationships with VC/PE funds and family offices for equity fund raising for promising companies and startups - Steer equity fund-raising transactions from VC/PE investors and family offices - Provide support to the leadership team in transaction execution and coordination related to deal completion - Be a part of Roadshows and Investor conferences focused on VC/PE investors - adept in management CXOs, CIO interactions - Build active engagement with VC/PE funds and family offices - Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework from scratch. - Formulate and execute the working of the investor relations function for the investment bank - Continuously explore referencing and creating deal opportunities across various investment banking products - Prepare investor reports and make presentations to investors showcasing the deal flow - Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
