Investor Relations Role - Pharma

This opportunity is for Mumbai location.

CTC max 28 Lacs depending on interview and exp level.

Looking for Investor Relation who has managed Pharma as sector.

Pharma experience is a must.

Investor Relations

- Help in preparing for roadshows, investor conferences and various other events

- Aid in improving the quality of investor communication through website, presentations etc.

- Assist in the arrangement of conference calls, investor/analyst meetings, one-on-one and group meetings, and the dissemination of essential feedback to management.

- Effectively responding to Investor/Analyst concerns

- Assist in developing the communication to address analyst requirements in a proactive manner.

- Assist in preparing quarterly/annual earnings press releases, result presentations and investor presentations

- Preparing Talk Tracks, Q&A documents, etc. for the Management

- Assisting in creation of high-quality Annual Report in a timely fashion

- Providing management with feedback on how the investment community views the company's management and financial results, among other things.

- Present the investor/analyst community's viewpoints to the top management team

- Assist in identifying and benchmarking best-in-class annual reports across the world as well as brainstorming new and unique ideas

- Help in benchmarking Investor Relations practices with various top global companies and guide the team in implementing the same

- Assist in the development of financial models and perform various competitive analysis and benchmarking of the company relative to Indian and global peers

- Independently tracking industry as well as peer performances and carrying out detailed sector research for Top Management

- Help in carrying out detailed shareholding analysis for the top management team.

- Any graduate along with a post graduation of MBA (preferably from Tier I B School)/CA/CFA

- Around 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry / consulting
