Experience :

Relevant :

- 4 years' experience in handling investor relations in either publicly listed or PE investee company

- Candidates with experience in corporate finance teams of investment banks could also be considered

Job Role :

- Work on developing investor relations strategy and framework

- Managing investor transition from privately held PE invested to publicly held listed company Ideation and thought leadership on capital sufficiency and ensuring low cost efficient capital structure

- Assist in planning and implementing strategic investor relations programs

- Manage investor relations including investor mapping, external financial communication, handle enquiries.

- Provide insights through competitor benchmarking, analyst reviews and market movements

- Periodic reports to senior management on concerns and expectations of various stakeholders (analysts and investors)

- Assist in preparation of annual reports and liaise with shareholders for approval of company resolutions
