Investor Relations Role - Alternative Investment Funds (3-10 yrs)
Candidate will be responsible for managing the Investor Experience for the Alternative Assets Platform
Key Responsibilities will include -
a) Setting up of world class investor and distributor experience
b) Mapping the investor lifecycle and product lifecycle and defining critical touch points and Investor communication
c) Responsible for designing and executing distributor and investor engagement for both offshore and on shore business
d) Technology driven mindset and approach
e) Is able to resolve the investor queries and concerns with TAT
f) Able to build and deepen the relationship with investors and distributors
g) Team Management and Team Development (Hiring/Upskilling existing Team, Motivation and Retention of Talent)
This person needs to have excellent excel skills, eye for detail and should be a team player as he will be working with other team members and administrators quite often.
