KEY DIMENSIONS - To facilitate material & presentation of investor outreach initiatives for various activities like NDR's, investor conference, site visits, etc. - Analyzing debt and equity data for top investors and provide list of 30 debt and 50 equity investors to plan and organize investor outreach - Analyze and identify key investors who can be upgraded to Executive engagements and providing significant insight to IR head towards the investors patterns and interest - Consistently analyze & Identify qualitative investors (Foreign and Indian) houses and to make requisite presentations to help senior management in bringing more investments - Creating MIS and data flow mechanism to ensure consistent and accurate data flow from all teams in BU. - Ensure adherence of the SOPs & maintaining of MIS for all the processes to adhere to utmost data accuracy to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: - MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA ROLEHOLDER REQUIREMENTS - 2-5 years of experience in relevant domain - In depth understanding of financial markets, intermediaries, financial models - Good command on financial research and analysis - Should have experience in handling analytics to design MIS's for effective data management - Ability to perform under competitive environment and tight deadlines - Strong exposure and excellent skills on communication, presentation, excel and other Data management tools to ensure - Excellent communication skills with regard to messaging to Investor Community - Good exposure to handling CRM related activities for internal and external stakeholders
