Investment Product Research Role - Mutual Fund

Mutual Funds:

- Managing Mutual Fund research including quarterly ranking, ongoing tracking & assessment of equity & equity oriented funds.

- Active liasion with AMC's for timely & efficient information exchange.

- Identifying new opportunities in mutual funds with a differentiated strategy,and Nor funds as per house view.

- Regular interaction with fund managers to understand their investment thesis  ongoing basis.

- Handling responding to client/RM's queries.

- Organising calls with fund managers

Research & Recommendations- Equity,PMS/AIF/Long Short

- Monitoring & ongoing review of strategies.

- Interacting with Fund Managers.

- Preparing review notes.

- Resolving service related issues

- Scout or new startegies

- Gathering market intelligence

Service orientation :

- Preparing & sending explanatory notes on investments.

- Assisting financial planning team

Skills required:

- Complete understanding of investment products

- Understand client profile and asset allocation models

- Proficient in MS excel & powerpoint

- Excellent communication & Analytical skills

- Quick learner
