Investment Operations Role - Middle Office - Asset Management Role (3-7 yrs)
Hiring For Middle Office - Investment Operations with a Global Asset Management Company
Main Responsibilities -
Investment Operations responsibilities consists of Middle Office client reporting, collateral calls and trade/account queries from clients/brokers.
1) Hands-on management of the daily activities of the Investment Operations team in India, which includes:
a) Put together daily/weekly/monthly client reports such as Trade Blotters, Open FX Forward and Holdings reports.
b) Handle broker collateral calls for FX Forward Positions.
c) Handle daily cashflows posting in BBG system.
d) Review UCITS Fund Fact Sheets.
e) Handle adhoc queries from custodian, brokers and within
f) Review on a weekly basis Pricing Reports
2) Develop and maintain a strong working partnership with all internal support functions, globally: mainly offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, on operational matters.
3) Develop and maintain a strong partnership with key internal and external counterparts.
4) Perform special projects and analyses as requested by management.
