Job Profile.

Location:- Gujarat

Experience- 2-8 Yrs

- Managing a region for their Investment business.

- Prime focus on activating the branches on investment fee and ensuring that all the staff is aligned to a common goal.

- Regular training and ensuring that the required Investment fee target and AUM growth is met.

- Designing various campaigns to drive the branches in order to get more Investment business for the region.

- Strategics & Conceiving the business plan on investments for the region.

- Driving the fee targets through distribution of Mutual Funds & other third party products like Structured Bonds, Private Equity Funds etc .

- Driving business by training, motivating & enabling the Relationship Manager channel for investment-sales & Branch banking channel for cross-sales.
