Investment Manager - B2C Sales - BFSI (4-8 yrs)
Role : Investment Manager_B2C.
Experience : 4+ years- experience in selling Financial Products to B2C Customers. Candidates should have experience working in the financial industry and or real estate industry - this role will report to team leads
Location : Bangalore; 5 Days Working. (May have to work on Saturdays during Assets Listings)
Requirements :
- 4+ years- experience in selling Financial Products
- Broad based knowledge and understanding of finance and/or real estate is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in inside sales. Private wealth experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience engaging with clients via phone/remotely
- Ability to address and alleviate client concerns
- Strong listening skills
- Attention to detail, with a reliable, consistent and positive approach to work
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be very self-motivated
- A team-oriented attitude
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- A friendly and open personality
Responsibilities :
- Effectively manage all new leads generated for you by developing a strategy to efficiently reach out and follow up whilst adhering to the company SOPs
- Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with potential and existing investors
- Conduct in-person meetings, phone, video calls with investors
- Understand all concepts pertaining to Commercial Real Estate and be aware of other real estate practices
- Maintain all client data in an organised manner by using the CRM software extensively
- Communicate professionally and responsibly, keeping with the company ethos
- Familiarise yourself with the processes of other departments to ensure seamless investor query resolution
- Deliver efficient and responsive resolution to various customer inquiries via email and phone which may include providing product and service level guidance
- Assist with the creation of fundraising materials
- Be driven to promote Strata as openly as possible and contribute to innovative ideas to help you reach out more efficiently
- Be open to host and travel to events/meetings as per investor requirements
