Investment Manager - Asset Management - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

- Assisting the team lead in Resolution of Corporate assets.

- Investment Deal Evaluation, Structure Transactions, Credit Analysis, Due Diligence, Present the relevant.

- Opportunities to relevant Committees.

- Asset management Manage the underlying account on day to day basis including addressing queries from investors and interacting with Borrowers, Co-Lenders and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibility.

Asset Management:.

- Presenting update for Asset Review to the Risk Management Committee on a periodic basis.

- Representing ACRE in various forums such as Committee of Creditors, JLM, Consortium meetings.

- MIS preparation and analysis as per requirement.

- Engaging with borrowers on a regular basis.

- Account wise periodic reporting for Credit Rating, Internal Projections, Financial Budgeting and Investors.

Financial Modelling:.

- Understanding the underlying assets/business and translating real world situation to a financial model (forecasts cash flows of underlying business/assets).

Qualification and Experience Requirement - Education: Chartered Accountant / MBA from a premier institute.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.

- Constantly look for opportunities and take responsibility to outperform.

- Connect with multiple stakeholders at all levels to identify simple and best solutions to make smart decisions.

- Be open, adaptable and flexible to changes to support business growth.

- Have high degree of proficiency in MS Office package , Excel, Power Point and Word.

Functional Skills:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills along with good communication skills.

- Strong knowledge of financial concepts.

- Should be good with financial modelling, excel skills and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of IBC/SARFAESI/Restucturing of Debt/DRT.

- High level of attention to detail.

- Experience in resolution/of loan under IBC/SARFAESI/DRT.
