Investment Manager/Analyst - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
Looking for Investment Manager for a leading Real Estate company in India.
Qualification :
- Possesses a Master's Degree in Finance from a Top B-School ( IIM prefereed) or is a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 2 - 5 years relevant experience in Property Investment and / or Investment Relations.
- Previous experience with a top tier International Property Consultant (IPC), PE Firm, NBFC with exposure to real estate industry is must.
- Has strong financial modelling and industry research skill.
Job Profile :
-Sourcing and execution of potential asset acquisitions consistent with the company's investment strategy and be the organization's representative for investment activities in real estate
- Preparation of the valuation and investment case behind any proposed acquisition / asset enhancement or disposals of real estate assets.
- Responsible to Monitor market trends and tracks developments in the real estate industry including, general investment trends, potential acquisition opportunities, market values of properties and seek to develop good relations with owners, operators, managers and other players in the market, with a view to enable the Manager to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Gather and synthesize industry/market data - conduct studies and research around project feasibility and costs.
- Managing budgets and resources to achieve identified goals
- Development of public relations strategies to promote positive image and manage relationships with the media
- Ensuring compliance with agreed organizational investment plans, philosophies and needs of the company
- Lobbying industry groups on key regulatory issues affecting property investments.
