The Investment Management Division provides institutional and individual investors with investment and advisory solutions, with strategies spanning asset classes and geographies. The team assists our clients in navigating today's dynamic markets, and identify the opportunities that shape their portfolios and long-term investment goals. We extend these global capabilities to the world's leading pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, central banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, endowments, foundations, individuals and family offices. The Portfolio Analytics and Construction team works closely with the Portfolio Managers, Researchers and traders to effectively implement investment ideas and new allocation strategies. They ensure the strategies are aligned to the PM's objective and are in line with the current market view/scenario. Role Responsibilities: - Work with portfolios managers and traders to help implement current investment views - Create and maintain a robust process to ensure individual positions aggregate up to provide the desired portfolio attributes in line with PMs- strategic and tactical market views - Regularly review portfolio characteristics (e.g. beta, carry, convexity), cash levels, and account consistency; make recommendations PMs - Monitor and evaluate portfolio attribution on a regular basis - Develop analytics and help to design new tools that support portfolio construction, including user testing of new tools and ensuring data integrity of existing tools - Prepare materials to facilitate relevant portfolio construction discussions - Perform topical analyses as market and client opportunities arise We are looking for candidates with some exposure to the Financial Markets and Products along the lines of research / risk management & Analytics - also the client will only be considering candidates with an MBA/MS in Finance from Tier 1 B Schools / Global Universities to maintain peer group parity.
