1. Lead the Investment team to drive the overall Investment mandate and strategy. 2. Curate and review a pipeline of potential investment opportunities. 3. Ability to think strategically and analytically to determine core competencies of start-up, it's business models, financial models, product and technology. 4. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify industry trends and assess risks. 5. Prepare, present and maintain detailed and compelling investment documentation for the Investment Committee. 6. Manage end to end fund syndication process to support all the selected start-up's in their fundraising process. 7. Carry out due diligence processes, determination and formulation of the deal structure, preparation and negotiation of term sheets and contracts. 8. Design and evaluate key metrics to track progress of portfolio companies. As well as support the key management personnel in setting up Management Information Systems to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for all the stakeholders. And highlighting key areas of discussion within the team. 9. Curate and moderate various forums and communication channels with all the portfolio companies to ensure delivery of the benefits of the support programs. 10. Drive awareness and ensure delivery of various benefits and support services targeted for Portfolio companies such as Value Credits, Partnering opportunities, fundraising opportunities etc. 11. Ideate and identify programs / events / schemes that are beneficial to the portfolio companies in their growth. And thereby encourage their participation to build a truly engaging community of entrepreneurs, start-up subject matter experts and industry veterans. 12. Liaison with Investments team and carry out due diligence processes, determination and formulation of the deal structure, preparation and negotiation of term sheets and contracts.
