The ICs will support the VRMs to achieve the Investment Business Targets.
- Ownership of the Investments target (Lumpsum and SIP) of the RMs mapped to the IC.
- Increase of Mutual Fund AUM for the mapped RMs.
- Penetration of client base for creating new investors in MF / investments from existing client base.
- Increase in (investments products) productivity of RMs.
- Qualitative
Portfolio construction and reviews
Training & Development of the RMs
Process adherence
- In depth domain knowledge of
Mutual Fund investments in detail, PMS
Equity Market. Current Economy.
Distribution / Channel management.
- Good communication skills
- Good market knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with other people well
