Investment Banking/Venture Capital/Private Equity Role - BFS

- Experience in end-to-end deal execution such as sourcing, execution, negotiating agreements, diligence, valuation, structuring etc.

- Conduct comprehensive research on databases to identify potential investment targets, analyzing their business operations, financial performance, and media requirements. Aim to secure larger deals with prominent companies.

- Preparing term sheets, initial deal documents, conducting due diligence, negotiating legal agreements, and monitoring investment deals.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders of existing and prospective clients, maintaining strong connections with internal departments such as Response, Legal, and Brand Communication. Strong interpersonal and business development skills are essential.

- Monitor the media expenditure of portfolio companies and collaborate with them to optimize spending.

- Play a significant role in the consumer branding and investment sector, identifying businesses and partnering with entrepreneurs to invest, develop, operate, and eventually exit consumer-oriented enterprises.

- Undertake any other tasks related to portfolio companies as necessary to enhance their value for eventual exit.
