Overall Experience- 7-9 yrs among which atleast 3-4 yrs in handling Real estate deals

Level-Senior Level

Products-Debt Capital Market (DCM), M&A, Private Equity

Sector-Real Estate

Qualification-Post graduate from Premier Institute

Roles and responsibilities:

- Deal Execution - structuring and negotiating the detailed terms of a deal, often in liaison with other teams for Debt Capital Market, PE & M&A transactions.

-Originating potential transaction through own network and market sensing

-Sourcing potential opportunities and generating business from existing clients as well as prospects

- Involved in transactions from start to end covering area such as understanding & preparation of business model, information memorandum, deal structuring, due diligence process, interacting & negotiating with potential investors/strategic partners on behalf of clients
