Job Description:

Technical Skills:

- The candidate should have front-end experience either in management consulting or investment banking. The candidate should have experience dealing with senior management, founders or investors.

- The candidate should be good at financial modelling, making a pitch deck and should have working knowledge of how companies are valued.

- The candidate should be good at market research, should understand basic accounting treatments and should be able to analyse a company's annual report.

- The candidate should be privy to the start-up ecosystem. He/She should understand how a private equity/venture capital fund works, the common benchmarks used by them for evaluation and how PE/VC deals are structured. The candidate should be aware of landmark deals in the space.

- The candidate should possess the ability to understand client objectives and execute the project satisfactorily to meet those objectives.
