Investment Banking Professional - Equity Capital Market - BFS

We are currently looking for ECM professional with a leading Financial services / Capital Market division .

Line of Business : ECM (Equity Capital Market)

Job Location : Mumbai

Years of experience : 3-5 years in Indian market only.

Role : Sales, Research & Marketing

Industry preference : NBFC's/ Financial Services

Roles and responsibilities :

a. Showcase IPO opportunities to relevant funds

b. Analyse, prepare and present company's business and financial model to investors

c. Feedback ECM team with investor outlook and investment preferences

d. Scan investors- portfolio and identify IB opportunities (Pre-IPO/IPO/QIP/PE etc.)

e. Involved in developing pitch-books that incorporate company positioning, SWOT analysis, peer comparisons, financial modelling, valuations and financial scrutiny.

Job Specifications :

- An ideal candidate would have around 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Solid network among capital market funds is a must.
