Investment Banking/Private Equity Role - Sell Side - BFSI

1. Prepare Detailed Financial Models/Valuation Reports, drafted situation analyses, Pitch materials, Information memoranda, Investor presentations and Term sheets. Contribute to the development and communication of proposals and advice to current and prospective Clients.

2. Collaborating with internal departments, external investors, due diligence parties, compliance team, regulators to ensure execution process alignment and meeting with clients.

3. Prepare all required materials for obtaining internal approvals for various investment proposals to Senior Management

4. Prepare Marketing Materials (Teasers) to market sell-side advisory assignments, and source new deals.

5. Review Financial and Legal Due diligence reports from the Due Diligence parties.

6. Query resolution of Clients/ / Sell-side Investors. Will be on sell-side of business - assets or disposition of assets

7. Responsible for Stakeholder Management.
