Investment Banking - Origination

We are a leading investment bank having global presence. We are currently looking for candidates with 3-5years of experience for Delhi and Chennai locations.

Candidate Profile:

-MBA from a tier 1 institution / CA

-3-5 years of relevant experience working in Commercial banking as Relationship Managers targeting the mid-market segment
-Up-to-date knowledge of latest industry/corporate happenings Flair for high-level corporate interactions

-Experience in having facilitated closure of deals
Only local candidates having existing relationship with corporate (Delhi/Chennai)

Job Description

-Origination of deals in mergers and acqusitions, private equity, capital and fund raising

-Managing the end-to-end execution of deals right from the target search to execution and closure of the deal

-Business modeling/ valuation

-Preparing information memorandum, shareholder purchase agreements, pitch books, corporate presentation, offering circular

-Analysing term sheets, financial statements and advising clients

-Attending industry seminars, conferences

-Developing and maintaining relationship with corporate and funds; with a long term relationship view
