Position Overview:

The Company is looking to hire an individual (ideally a CA) for the Strategy role, to work on investor relations, fund raising, MIS reports, managing negotiations with key partners, improving operational effectiveness and new product initiatives. The role involves domestic and international travel to represent the company at industry events and to interact with key stakeholders. The role involves cross-functional experience across various verticals such as Product, Operations, Sales, Finance, HR and Marketing.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Chartered Accountant / undergraduate from a top-tier institute

- 2 year of work experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting

- You have experience in financial modelling including making 3 statement financial models or business plans

- You have a strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- You have a curiosity towards financial services

Other

- Looking for highly motivated, highly analytically rigorous, self-starting, highly proactive individuals looking to build a leading consumer lending business

- Looking for highly transparent, open individuals where honesty and hard work are placed as the utmost highest priorities

- You should have the desire to move to New Delhi, India, if you are not already there.
