Investment Banking Analyst - Merchant Banking (1-3 yrs)
We have opening with our client (leading Merchant Banking Firm specialise in SME IPO).
We are hiring for the position of analyst in merchant Banking.
Job Description:
- Assisting in Origination and Business Development with research inputs
- Preparation of Information Memorandum, Pitch Books, Approach papers & presentations for meetings.
- Identifying and Approaching suitable companies / Investors for IPO transactions
- Preparation of Financial Model and CMA
- Co-ordination between origination team and clients for exchange of information
- Team handling role and give proper guidance to the juniors.
- Candidate must be confident and have leadership skills.
