Investment Banking Analyst - Investment Bank (1-3 yrs)
About Our Client : Leading Investment Bank
Job Description :
- Financial modeling (DCF, LBO)
- Financial modeling and valuation analyses on public and private companies: comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, LBO and DCF analysis
- Preparing and executing final client presentation work (financial models, pitch materials, industry research)
- Leading due diligence efforts
- It is mandatory to have spent at least 1 year in an investment banking firm.
The Successful Applicant
- CA/CFA/MBA from a top b-school
- Minimum of 1 year working as an Analyst level in a front-end domestic investment bank
- Superior financial modeling and company valuations skills are mandatory, as the incumbent will be responsible for creating, preparing, interpreting, and reviewing complex financial models
- Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously
