Responsibilities : - Building and maintenance of pre-set financial models, analyzing financial statements, updating and tracking quarterly results and annual reports - Conduct channel checks - Update Fund's presentations, monthly data for newsletters. - Run screens to identify stock market opportunities - The job would involve meeting managements of companies and attending quarterly calls. - In case the analyst has prior relevant experience, he/she would be given responsibilities to research companies or sectors. The associate would support the Fund Manager and senior analysts in their efforts to research Companies. - The role can be significantly expanded over period of time depending on the deliverables and skill set of the analyst. Candidate Profile : 1. Experience minimum 18 months to maximum 5 years in sell side or buy side equity research, family offices, rating agencies, big 4 firms, investment banking, financial KPOs, treasury, corporate finance or investor relationship in corporates 2. Age below 27 years on the date of applying 3. Passion for stock markets, 4. Self-driven, competitive in nature with both high willingness to learn and win 5. High analytical skills, numbers oriented, proficiency with excel, reasonably good understanding of financial accounting and financial analysis are must for the job. People who dont have above skill and have not undertaken detailed financial and ratio analysis in the past jobs should not apply for job. 6. Education preferably CA /CFA / MBA.
