Investment Associate

Location: Powai, Mumbai (On-site, 5 days a week)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly driven Investment Associate to join our team in Powai, Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity for Investment Banking associates or senior associates, looking to make a meaningful impact across the investment lifecycle.

As an Investment Associate, you will be involved in investments, portfolio management, and investor relations, playing a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and driving value across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and execute investment opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring

- Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of investments across sectors

- Build and maintain strong relationships with portfolio companies, co-investors, and other ecosystem partners

- Collaborate with internal teams on strategic initiatives and operational improvements

- Manage investor reporting, communications, and periodic updates

Who We're Looking For:

- Currently working as an Associate or Senior Associate at a leading Investment Bank

- Strong background in investment banking, M&A, private equity, or related fields

- Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and valuation skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

- MBAs from reputed institutions will be considered - CA's preferred
