Investment Analyst - Venture Capital - BFS

Job Description

- Deal sourcing and assessment of potential investment opportunities

- Speaking with the founder promoters and understanding the business.

- Prepare an investment thesis on the basis of your curation which should give a brief idea on the business

- Conducting primary and secondary research on various industries and evaluating competitive landscape for prospective opportunities

- Preparing financial models, exit strategies and Investment Committee reports

- Contributing towards the management of the portfolio companies post-investment

Desired Skills And Experience

- Prior 1-3 years experience in consulting or research firm

- Experience in deal evaluation and financial modeling

- Strong research capabilities / thorough analytical abilities

- Facilitating due diligence of the startups and co-ordination

- Assisting in Investors co-ordination.

- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication

- Team player with the ability to work effectively in small groups
