Investment Analyst/Research Analyst - BFS (1-4 yrs)
The incumbent's primary responsibility will be to :
- Liaise with the internal and external stakeholders in the preparation and execution of transactions/deals for a Crypto ecosystem accelerator
- Contribution in production of presentation materials & transaction documents
- Due diligence and conduct market and industry research.
- Assessment of business models and thorough competitor analysis
- Preparation of financial models, investment pitches, and exit strategies
- Understand the transaction cycle and process steps
- Procurement and evaluation of potential investment opportunities
- Conduct primary & secondary research on various industries and assess the competitive landscape for potential opportunities
- Contribute to the management of the post-investment of the holding company
Required Skills :
- Ability to create storylines and convert them into PowerPoint documents
- Due-diligence : Familiarity and/or keen interest in Block chain technology/ Crypto currency businesses
- Proficient Communication with the ability to interact effectively with high-level professionals, clients, and key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and should be able to work independently
