Investment Analyst - Real Estate Sector

1. Formulate detailed investment thesis with market analysis with assumptions justification

2. Create financial models and Investment Committee notes

3. Track respective market, keep abreast of regulations, tax reforms and deal structures

4. Source deals through intermediaries and maintains relationships

5. Assist in deal structuring and commercial negotiations

6. Analyze due diligence findings, highlight issues for potential value adjustments

7. Liaise with transaction lawyers and counterparty to negotiate transaction documentation including shareholder rights, reps, and warranties, performance conditions

8. Maintain a database of deals which have taken place along with financial metrics

9. Maintain fortnightly pipeline MIS and discuss deals with the investments head and team

Key skills :

- Business and analytical mindset understanding the business

- Sound knowledge of investment finance and valuation / adept in financial modeling

- Strong academic background, Good communication, and presentation skills

- Strong people skills, ability to forge and manage relationships

- Awareness of general macroeconomic environment and financial markets

- MBA Finance from good institutes - 7-10 years of experience

- Attention to detail
