Investment Analyst - Real Estate PE Fund (1-3 yrs)
Our client is a leading Real Estate PE fund focused in the domain of education infrastructure and industrial assets. With over 1000 crores of the Fund, they have built a portfolio of K12 schools as well as biotech, life sciences and apparel parks through acquisitions.
Are you hands-on with financial modelling? We are on the look out for an Investment Analyst!
Ideally, we expect you to
- provide input for strategic development and acquisition opportunities within the Real Estate / Education industry
- conduct in-depth research, monitor portfolios, report developments and monitor business growth
- be familiar with reviewing financial statements
- assume a set of financial variables and prepare financial scenarios.
Ideally, we feel you will have a strong grounding in commerce/finance & a year or two in structured transactions, banking, consulting, trading or analytical experience
You should be adept at handling multiple tasks, logical reasoning and analytical reasoning
(A premier MBA degree / CA rank holder is highly desired!)
You should have high energy level as the work hours are typically long.
Further, a person with excellent spoken and written communication is preferred. Needless to say, self-motivation and being a self-starter is important too.
You should be able to build positive and productive relationships, have professionalism, practical judgment, and integrity and be result oriented.
Lastly, (needless to say! )knowledge of Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint are an added advantage, hinting at your competency levels.
