About the company : A leading fund investing majorly in Industrial Real Estate, Logistics Infrastructure

Job Description :

1. Manage and monitor all the financial modelling, due diligence and investment analysis work

2. Work closely with the portfolio companies in monitoring growth and statutory parameters

3. Actively engage with the - deal making- community to source new ideas to incubate/fund

4. Adept at spreadsheet-based financial modelling, valuation analysis

5. Build high-quality IMs for internal board presentations

6. Ability to manage senior and junior stake-holders with maturity

7. The candidate should be high on energy, motivation and must be self-driven

8. The candidate should be comfortable working as an individual contributor

Desired Skill Sets :

1. At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, Direct investing experience with a private equity fund, fund of funds, institutional investor, sovereign wealth fund, or similar entity, with a focus on equity and quasi-equity investments preferred

2. Strong understanding of and experience in building financial models for valuations and financial returns analysis

3. A Self-driven, motivated individual capable of handling an independent work culture

4. A team player who is well versed in working with a small, diverse team
