Client : A leading Housing Finance Company

Location : Mumbai/ Jaipur/ Hyderabad

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Developing financial models so as to enable the Investment team to assess investment transactions

2. Collating and evaluating industry comparable, market intelligence, key demand factors in macro /micro market analysis

3. Preparing Investment Committee presentation and Notes (Must be good in Excel, Power point and Word)

4. Coordinating and complying pre-disbursement and post documentation checklist

5. Post disbursement - MIS collation, comparing actual Vs business plans, NOC monitoring and highlighting of deviations from covenants.

6. Evaluating various deals from credit and risk perspective and deep understanding of Tier - II markets

7. Introducing new products for providing funding solutions to developers
