Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the design and structuring of innovative finance products such as blended finance funds and Impact Bonds

2. Contribute to the design and structuring of innovative finance products such as blended finance funds and Impact Bonds

3. Conduct problem solving, research and analysis on a range of development, social and environment topics

4. Develop and deliver structured communication to clients

5. Support business development efforts (e.g., research and design new investments opportunities, outreach with potential partners and clients)

Qualifications and skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Finance, Business, Engineering, Economics, Development, Public Administration)

2. At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience

3. Experience in consulting

4. Experience negotiating and closing financial transactions a plus

5. Knowledge of and ability to apply key finance concepts

6. Domain knowledge/experience in healthcare, education, livelihoods, climate and environment, or gender issues will also be considered favourably and should be specified

Skillset:

1. Analytics: research; command of quantitative analysis and financial modelling

2. Project management: ability to manage workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment

3. Client management: ability to present effectively and build strong relationship with clients

4. Demonstrated fluency (spoken and written) in English.

5. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

6. Entrepreneurial mind-set and proactive workstyle
