Investment Analyst - BFS - CA (1-3 yrs)
You'll join a small and niche finance team where we obsess over the problems we are trying to solve for our users
- We have a strong culture of ownership and your role will involve working with multiple stakeholders in shaping our organization and identity
- You'll do meaningful work to design processes for underwriting companies through various financial, operational and legal checks and eventually automate these processes in collaboration with our Engineering/Product team
- Will also be responsible for Recurs fund-raising activities, investor relations and internal MIS
- This role is primarily based out of Mumbai
- 0 to 4 years experience in either of the following domains (good to have: experience of 2-3 closed deals):
- Financial Due Diligence
- Investment Banking/Venture Capital/Private Equity/Structured Credit professionals
- Credit underwriting at a digital lending / NBFC / Bank
- Qualified CAs (preferably 1st attempt)
- Strong understanding of key financial and operating metrics (Churn, LTV:CAC, etc.)
- Strong financial modelling skills with expertise in excel
- Ability to work with unstructured problems and build processes for the long run
- Ownership mentality: comfortable owning entire workflows, and ability to work with stakeholders across the company (like Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success)
- Interested in helping founders around the world unlock growth in a better way
