Responsibilities - 1) Examine and assess economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements and various other indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies. 2) Conduct strategic research. 3) Analyse risk and offer financial advice. 4) Look back at previous investment decisions and the thought process of making the investment decision. 5) Liaise with fund managers and network with industry professionals. 6) Monitor closely financial press and keep a track of market trends, opportunities, risks and new investment products. 7) Compile advisory reports and make informed recommendations on new investment opportunities . 8) Develop complex financial models . Requirements: 1) Proven working experience as an Investment Analyst. 2) Experience with valuation, modelling and forecasting. 3) Solid understanding of financial set-up, procedures, statistics and economics. 4) Solid grasp of current market developments. 5) Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. 6) Outstanding communication ability (written and oral). 7) Strong work ethic and professionalism. 8) Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
