Our client is India's largest alternative investment platform through which one can invest in startup equity, commercial real estate, leasing and inventory deals, and earn non-volatile returns. It is completely technology driven and transparent and has already built a community of over 150,000 investors and raised more than Rs 160 crore in capital from retail investors.

Founded in 2020, this Gurugram based digital platform is truly democratising investment opportunities and helping individuals find new ways of investment to grow their wealth.

Its founding team members include the leadership alumni of companies like OYO, Pepperfry, Morgan Stanley, World bank, among others.

As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for undertaking detailed market analysis using external and internal market research to create sub market thesis, basis investment strategy mandate.

What you will do :

- Assisting in sourcing investment opportunities in identified markets

- Evaluating investment opportunity

- Preparing detailed deal notes and management presentations to aid Investment Committee decision making

- Building internal thesis and hunting the teams working on the hypothesis

- Assisting in due-diligence and deal closure

- Managing portfolio

- Supporting in commercial negotiations, investment structuring, legal documentation, and transaction closing

Desired Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

- 2+ years of experience in core Investment Banking, M&A, Start-up investment

- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, valuations and financial analysis

- Excellent financial modelling skills

- Prior experience in dealing with clients , understanding business models, making pitch decks, investment memos and creating financial models

- A good acumen with presentations, Excel and content

- Experience working on deals through the entire execution phase

- Experience working on cross-border mandates are welcome

- An outstanding appreciation for accuracy of information and clean formatting

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction

- Accountability & decision making

- Strong analytical, data analysis, and SQL (or similar language) experience

- Expertise & learning agility

- Openness to new ways of thinking and committed to acquiring new skills to retain a competitive advantage

- Strong collaboration, communication, and creative thinking skills
