POSITION NAME

Position Purpose: -Team members needed to execute the business plan (Investment and Advisory Business) and to achieve the targeted fee and profitability targets.

Position - Manager – Investment and Advisory, RPS

Location - Mumbai (2 positions) / Delhi / Chennai

Reporting to - Span of Control (Geog & Nos of Reportees )

National Manager – Investments and Advisory, RPS

Region / Individual contributor

Specific Responsibilities

- Helping real estate companies raise capital – both debt and equity capital – and generate fee for RPS in the process.

- To represent one party in Mergers and Acquisitions – either buy or sell side - The latter involves finding an acquirer with a strong strategic fit while the former involves pursuing a suitable target.

- Facilitating private placements

- Help real estate companies restructure its equity or debt and ease its financial distress

- To work on various instruments of raising long term and short term capital – Equity / Bonds / Debentures / Structured Debt, etc.

Key Performance Indicators - Primary KPI will be fee generated

- Also important will be number of transactions executed and relations developed.

Internal

- Credit and operations teams in case the debt is proposed internally

- Private Equity and Mutual Fund teams within the group.

- Wealth Management team for proposing investment avenues for their clientele.

External

- Real Estate Firms

- Bankers

- Private Equity Players

- HNIs (including NRIs and OCBs)

- Various Mutual Funds ( their Real Estate arms)

APPLICANT PROFILE

Experience

- At least 2 years experience in relevant field (Credit ratings / Valuations / Private Equity / SME portfolio / etc)

Technical Competencies / Skills

- Excellent understanding of financial ratios, valuation and forecasting models, etc.

- Ability to create project reports along with financial projections and other requisite details.

- Excellent understanding of various financial instruments used for raising debt and /or equity

Personal Attributes

- Excellent Communication Skills – both verbal and written

- Self Starter and Team Player

- Excellent Networking Skills

Formal Qualifications

- CA / MBA (Finance)

What is mandatory & Desirable

- Good communication skills

- Knowledge of computer applications.

CTC: up to 10 Lac

Required people from Real estate/Developers/Property broking company.

Qualification: MBA/CA
