MBA or master's degree in Public Policy or Development Studies/Economics or Management Studies/equivalent experience 2. Work experience of 7-9 Years, working in Consulting Firm/ Startup Incubator/ Accelerator /Startup ecosystem/State Government/Central Government, including Project Management experience. 3. Strong knowledge and experience using advanced Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). 4. Experience in leading, managing, and training a team of professionals. 5. Experience in working with IB, VC, Startups, Ecosystem Enablers, Central and state governments is preferred. Job Description 1. Leading a team of professionals responsible for developing high impact projects for the startup ecosystem. 2. Developing business strategies and executing high value projects in coordination with key government bodies. 3. Working on government projects for facilitating startup ecosystem across India by developing and implementing new initiatives for improving the startup ecosystem in the country. Working in close coordination with various stakeholders from the ecosystem including Venture Capitalists, Incubators, Corporates, State and Central government. 4. Mapping the gap between global and Indian startup ecosystem. Adopting the global best practices and implementing the same in Indian scenario. 5. Understanding the needs of the Department and implementing the same for achieving high scale ecosystem impact. 6. Project management for components of the Startup Hub Online portal including engagement with relevant stakeholders.
