Job Purpose (Job Summary):

- Responsible for managing the Blue Prism delivery capability within an organization.

- Operates in a lead consultancy role to help define and roll out the optimal approach to creating a RPA Capability within and across an organization/ BU. This approach should be based on industry best practice and will be tailored to meet the specific needs and dynamics of the organization.

- The ultimate objective is to achieve aspects of automation operating model (methodologies, roles, responsibilities, governance, training program, accredited resources and technical infrastructure) have been implemented in a manner that maximizes the business benefit from the automation solutions and RPA powered Digital Workforce. In addition, strong leadership expected through and this role will provide training, mentoring and technical coaching to team members.

- The successful candidate should have a proven record of accomplishment of program management and deep subject matter expertise in process automation and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

- Continually evaluate solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability. Conduct post-implementation evaluations to understand successes and improvement opportunities for the designed solution.

- Bring industry knowledge, latest innovations and emerging trends on Robotic Process Automation.

- Help drive program communications, including project updates and other initiatives through approved communication plans.

- Lead efforts to evaluate right process for automation and reengineering

- Work across a range of stakeholders- situations and projects to identify and define business cases for automation and detail out solution and implementation plans.

- Support leadership on project selection, scope, definition, and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.

- Provide program oversight to multiple implementations. Drive Governance rigor across teams on RPA implementation progress.

- Ability to work in matrix organization

- Ability to perform under ambiguity

Basic Qualifications & Skills required:

- Engineering Degree

- Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

- MS office tools

- Experience in automation tool (Blue prism, AA )

- Exposure to AI and cognitive solutions

- Proven expertise in leading process automation programs working with internal automation teams as well as vendors.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and experience in influencing and negotiation.

- Detailed oriented with the ability to use judgement and instinct to make decisions.

- Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges.

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written required.

Preferred Qualifications and skills:

- Six Sigma Master Black belt certification.

- Formal project and change management qualifications

Physical demands & working conditions:

- Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environment

- Speech/Reading: Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form

- Lifting: Ability to lift items weighing up to - X pounds

- Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form

- Safety: Ability to understand and communicate safety precautions when necessary
