Inventory Optimization - with leading retail brand

- Engage, communicate, and develop effective training programs to foster the regional and functional teams.

- Analyze current origin logistics operations and planning practices and to find out and prioritize opportunities areas

- Lead project team to improve both ISC planning and operations procedure, which aim to improve DIFOT, stock turns and supply chain efficiency

- Drive supply planning continuous improvement (process, technology, people)

- Work closely with merchandiser to renovate current supply planning process to build more robust mechanism for E2E value chain communication to enable better in stock position with cost-effective manner

- Strong problem solving skills, best with consulting experience

- Basic data modelling skills, and capable to work with data scientist

- E2E supply chain knowledge, experience in SC optimization

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
