Responsibilities and Duties:

- Will be responsible for Tender drafting.

- Should have experienced with CCTV Camera

- Should have knowledge of Automation

- Hands on BMS (Building Management System)

- Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the tender process team to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization

- Effective liaison, support and assistance between tender process department and rest of organization maintain and improve mechanisms for obtaining opportunities, surveying and Measuring tender process and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities

- Developing plans for streamlining tender processes

- Manage the development of plans for tender process activities to achieve targets delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review

- Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls

- Manage project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and quality assurance to drive project success.

- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to the project team and senior management.

- Identify project dependencies and risks, and create contingency plans to address them.

- Ensure project documentation is up to date and accurate.
